Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your BizBuzz subscription at any time through your account settings. When you cancel:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
- You will continue to have full access to all paid features until your subscription expires.
- After expiration, your account will revert to the Free plan.
- Your data (newsletters, sources, audiences) will be retained according to Free plan limits.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans — no questions asked. If you're not satisfied with BizBuzz for any reason within the first 30 days of your subscription, simply contact us for a full refund.
- The 30-day period begins on the date of your first payment.
- Refund requests within 30 days are processed promptly with no questions asked.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
- After the 30-day window, refunds are not issued for partial billing periods.
After the Guarantee Period
After the initial 30-day period, we may still issue a refund at our discretion in the following cases:
- Service outage: If the Service was significantly unavailable for an extended period during your billing cycle.
- Billing error: If you were charged incorrectly due to a technical issue.
- Duplicate charge: If you were charged more than once for the same billing period.

Free Trial & Promotional Offers
BizBuzz does not offer traditional free trials. Instead, we offer:
- A Free plan with limited features — available indefinitely, no credit card required.
- Promotional coupon codes (e.g., one month free on a paid plan) may be available from time to time. These are applied at checkout and do not affect refund eligibility for subsequent months.
Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first at support@bizbuzzapp.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly and fairly.
