By accessing or using BizBuzz (the "Service"), operated by J3 Enterprises ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

Description of Service

BizBuzz is a newsletter creation platform that helps professionals curate industry content, generate newsletters using AI, and distribute them to their audiences. The Service is available at bizbuzz.app and bizbuzzapp.com.

Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • One person or organization may not maintain more than one free account.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Subscription Plans and Billing

Plans

BizBuzz offers the following subscription plans:

  • Starter ($29/month): Essential features for getting started.
  • Growth ($79/month): Enhanced features for growing professionals.
  • Pro ($149/month): Full features for teams and organizations.

Billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly. All prices are in US Dollars (USD).
  • Payment is processed securely by Stripe.
  • Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.

Promotional Offers

We may offer promotional codes (e.g., one month free) from time to time. Promotional terms will be disclosed at the time of the offer. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or content that violates anti-spam laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM).
  • Upload or distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts.
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.
  • Use the Service to distribute illegal, defamatory, or obscene content.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of the newsletters, audience lists, and other content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

Third-Party Content

The Service aggregates articles from third-party sources (RSS feeds, news sites, etc.) for your review. These articles remain the property of their respective owners. AI-generated summaries are provided for your convenience and editorial use.

Our Content

The BizBuzz name, logo (Biz Bee mascot), website design, and software are the property of J3 Enterprises. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.

AI-Generated Content

BizBuzz uses AI models to help summarize articles, suggest topics, and generate newsletter drafts. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all content before sending it to your audience.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, J3 Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless J3 Enterprises from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time through the Service settings.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Your data may be deleted after a reasonable period.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
